The GMRPTC holds regular meetings on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, typically at at a regionally significant park in Greater Minnesota. Documents referenced in the meeting minutes are available upon request.
There is no longer a deadline for designation applications - it is an open cycle. See the "Applications" tab above for more information. Funding applications for regionally designated facilities are not currently being accepted. Those applications will open up again on April 1, 2019.
The DPCs hold a statewide all-DPC meeting in January/February to review the system plan; one March/April public workshop per district for potential new Regional designation applicants; and one meeting per district in September to review the district's funding applications and update district priorities. Each DPC will also meet electronically via email and/or conference call as needed to provide feedback on new designation applications and master plans under consideration for that district.
The ETeam will meet as needed to rank and score applications for Regional Designation and review funding applications from regionally-designated facilities. Additional meetings throughout the year may be established for scoring of invited applications for Regional Designation or at the request of the Commission.
